Good day all,

We have SMDR buffer box along with CDR to capture and store call database.
Recently there was an IVR added after 1800 CDR and there are one set of DID before it come to our location.

The problem is that CDR capture real time caller information, however when I tried to pull ECR report, most of originating numbers are not the actual caller but CLID of IVR number.

Could anyone please help as to what are we missing between CDR and SMDR call database?

Regards,

Jheendi

do you use idc ( ld 49 ) and do you have turn on your internal call records ??

I dont know, is there any way I can find out by going in LD 49? Thanks for your quick reply..

I got it from LD 21 Print FRC_Data and this is what I got.

NFCR YES
MAXT 50
OCB1 255
OCB2 255
OCB3 255
ICDA YES
DCMX 20

And for recording internal call no, we don't record internal calls to avoid frequent archival of SMDR data.

On the route, try testing with the the "LAST" prompt (under CDR) set to both YES and NO to see of that changes your situation.

just a thought - not positive what your situation is
