I am assuming you have the SMDR-6 module and have it connected to one of your station ports.

Feature 9 * 2
Select Next
at Printer:
Select Change to change the output from 1200 to 2400,4800,9600,19200,38400,57600,or115200
or Select Next
At Format:
Select change to change the output from SL-1 to Norstar format
Or select Next
At Reoprts:
Select Change to change from All to Outgoing, Accounts, Or Long Distance.
Or select Next
At Language:
Select Change to change from English to french
Or select Next
At Access Codes:
Selcet Show to show Long distance carrier account codes that will be suppressed when reporting long distance calls.
Or select Next
At Feature #:
Note the feature code that would be used to identify a call with an account number.
Or select quit
My Printer is 8N1 and I don't see a place to change it in programming.
the report formats are basic for SL-1 either in the normal mode or CLID mode and fairly verbose inthe Norstar mode.

make sure the SMDR6 is plugged into a working station port. test it with a phone, then un plug and put the smdr6 on the port.

Give it a minute or two and try again.

Going back to my first assumption, do you have the module and have it connected to a station port? JerryReeve
