SMDR Application

Has anyone heard of or developed an application that will import the .CSV files created by the Delta Servers SMDR application. Im looking for a basic application that will generate a simple call log report of calls to the IP Office.

Yes we have..it imports every night the smdr file, fixes erros while importing and then stores everything in a MSDE database.
We have created various reports which you can access via IE 5.5 or higher. reports are available for extensions, huntgroups and accountcodes plus some general statistics.
Basically it's between cbc and ccc.

We have developped it for dutch market but it is adapted now for international deployment as well. Depending on your country we might need to make some minor changes.

I just found a call accounting software package that came with a downloadable 15 day trial. I emailed the developers and they quickly developed an IP Office driver for their application. If you do a Google search on Call Accounting Mate you should be able to find it.
