Not easily, I am not aware of a form to change it.
However there may be a way to change the port in a custom startup script.
There are quite a few options you can add/change in the startup script, so may be worth giving Mitel a call to see if this is possible.

You are risking to roll on something else. The system is using a lot of ports, so you may end up with a very obscure issue if you even manage to change it and it will be working.
What is the reason to change it?

I forgot to ask what system type it is?
If it is an MXe then you have the ability to use the printer port and this can be connected to a serial to IP converter (ipocket or similar and also buffer boxes) and then these can be configured to use any TCP port you want.
Just a suggestion.

I've used those IPockets enough that this answer should have been obvious.

[cheers]
