Smartlist to Excel on Citrix gives error

The network guy is insisiting on putting all new users on Citrix (let's not base this on need or anything).

Anyway, some users need to be able to pop their Smartlist reports into Excel, and this doesn't seem to work on Citrix. I believe he has reinstalled office on Citrix but we still get errors (I can't recall what the error is).

Any suggestions I can give the network guy? We also have problems using FRx with Citrix but that's another issue.

We have this working successfully...and have for many years. Are you sure you are not bumping into permissions issues?

I doubt it but how would I check? What permissions...sql or network?

Isn't there something about the users needing to be power users or have permissions on the system32 directory?
