Smart Link 56k Voice Modem String?

Any one know the String command for Smart Link 56k Voice Modem? With the default string, Initializing modem fail ( Modem did not respond).
I am trying to use the Norstar Remote Utility 11.0 for remote management. I have 3 laptops with build in modem on COM-3. All of them fail.

Does not sound like a string issue.

Double check your com port?.

Click Properties and see if Diagnostics works ok.

Update: I erased all the modem string and was able to dial. I can hear dial-ton, dial digits and RAD answer but the answer tone never goes away, 45sec later modem drop saying "Modem dial timed out".

I also have PROCOM dial to 61C and 81C, all works just fine.

sorry to say but i think your going to have to verify its not the rad or the rads config and that done on site.

The RAD/RAD Configuration is fine, I have a HP Desktop with external USRobotics modem on COM1 and it works fine. So, I just have to play with the Modem Init string in RAD property.
