Smaller .exe files

Hi there.
This is kind of "off topics", but I have to share it with you.

Often, the Delphi files is very large in size.
For example, One om my application is about 10 Mb.
There is no resoucefiles added in this applcation, just code.

When I was surfing around the world, I tripped on a useful utility. The application reduces my aplication from 10Mb to 2Mb without losing any code.

The best thing with this packer, is that this packer is an executable packer.

Therefore, you can run it without unpacking it!

I couldnt get it to work, but i dont need anything like it yet anyway

Use: upx -9 thefilename.exe

Note the file is overwritten, no backup is created.

Be aware that some virusscanners get very nervous if they find UPXed .exe's 'cause many virusses use UPX to compress, and more importantly hide internal information from prying eyes
