Small Office LAN Ports are acting up

I have a Small Office and the LAN ports are acting strange. they will link up but at 10mb and cannot ping or get to the IPO. it intermintly does this but, is getting worse. tried upgrading to 3.1.48 but same results. anyone ever see this?

It sounds like the IPO has bad LAN ports. Try loading same config on different machine.

I have also seen this, but on a 412, every 30mins we lost connectivity to the IPO, only a reboot cured the problem.
we ran a protocol sniffer on the IPO port but did not see anything unusual. We suspected an IDS on the network or a LaBrea Tarpit. The customer was looking for a solution so we placed the IPO into a different VLAN and ever since it has been as good as gold, although the other issue is that now broadcasts are not going across the VLAN interfaces.

At least he can now ping, and the PM works to a point

Do you have a WiFI card installed in your IPO
this will kill the Lan ports from V3.1 upwards
It is an outstanding bug with avaya
