small office edition setup

hello everyone,
we moved to a new office and we want to setup our phones with an old soe we have. i did the configurations, hunt groups, etc. we accept phone calls but the problem is that for outgoing calls, we make one and after that we get a busy signal. I noticed that for every 5 outgoing calls only one works. i have an isdn line connected to the soe. in the future probably i'll get another.my guess is that it has something to do with the line id numbers, maybe?
please help!!

Press F1, and search for "Outgoing group ID"

You need to go into the "Line" section of Manager and change the Outgoing line group ID of the unsused lines to something else e.g 10, then the system will not try to dial out on those lines

ok guys thanks for your replies. when i go to office on wednesday i'll try both suggestions
