small edition upgrade 1

i was trying to upgrade SOE from 3.2(56) directly to 4.1 yet the system at the end of upgrade went into a reboot mode and never recover, iam gettin an amper light in the frontof the IP , is this a known problem or i did some thing wrong during the upgrade

You should have went through the 3.2.999 loader first. You will probably need a 9 pin serial lead to DTE the unit to get it working again.
