Small Community Networking loses button programming 1

Has anyone ever seen the button programming get lost overnight from one location to another. For example, Location A has users from location B programmed for some buttons on their phones. User from A comes in the next day and all location B buttons are non functional and missing from button programmming in Manager.

As a thought Location A DOES lose power sometimes.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with release 2.1(15). There is a beta fix available now. The released fix is due out late aug/early sept that will (in theory) cure some other ills.

Do you know how I would get the Beta Fix?

Beta should be available from Avaya Tier 3 support. Maybe also thru your dealer (if you're an end user) or distributor (if you're a business partner).
