SM Trust Management Failed

Guys, we've been trying to hook up 2 new DL360 servers for an SMGR-SM setup, however everytime we execute the "initTM" command we would be getting an error and the trust mangement would fail:

From what we understand this would be required first before configuring SMGR, as of the moment the 2 servers can ping and see each other through a dedicated test network. Please do inform us if we are missing anything that may lead to this failure, thanks!

Forgot to mention that we have verified our enrollment password to be valid and is similar to what we enter during initTM.

Just an update, we've erroneously tried to install a 6.2 version of SM on a 6.1 kickstarted machine, so when we tried installing a 6.1 SP7 SM ISO it went fine until we came up with this error:

Do we really need to install an SP-less version of 6.1 first before proceeding with SP7 or is there some other way that is preventing this from completing successfully?

Just an update, we finally succeeded installing the SM from scratch using a 6.1.6 version of the ISO. Trust management now finishes fine however we are now having problems with the replication:

Pinging both-ways using the corresponding FQDNs of the other was okay and from what we understand (correct us if we're wrong) was that we need to have this completed before even configuring SMGR itself. Are we missing something? Any other areas to look for clues on this error?

We had also problems with the replication. For the installation of the SMGR we used the CDs which were delivered from Avaya. This SMGR was not compatible with our preinstelled SM.
After the first install and the reinstall the problem could not be resolved.
We downloaded newer veresions and everything was ok.

We have:
SM SP7 (6.1.7.0.617012)
And:
VSP 6.0.3.9.3
SMGR 6.1.5.0 / SP8 1960
