Livelink takes long time to upload documents into a folder. 2MB Document takes about 1 minute to upload. any idea where the problem maybe ? i have brava 6.0 installed and all the latest brava 6.0 patchs are applied as well. Just incase brava was the issue, Could this be index problem? or server resource ( not processing requests from the application quickly? ), any idea...

unlikely to be an indexing problem, possibly a network or permissions problem ? do you have any logs for this issue ? did the start coincide with any changes in your system ? is it consistent regardless of location / time of day ? have you asked OT Support ?

no changes were made, permission is exactly the same as before, always the same no matter what time. How can it be possibly a network issue ( any pointers? ). I do have logs, what part would point us the the issue.

there are a lot of things that could cause this issue, some are as follows :

network
- additional load on the network
- incorrectly configure switches/load balancers etc

server side
- Antivirus
- server performance

If you have good THREAD logs then they can be reviewed by OT Support to see if they show the cause of the issue.
