slow system

Hello.. Iam running sco 5.0.7 on a compaq ml 370 g4 server.(4 gb mem+ 2X300 hd raid 1+0 )
Since know the system was working fine. Today i got complains, from my customer, that the system was very slow and it was getting slower all the time.
I run the sar commands and here is what i got

Any idea, what is going on with it ? What do i have to look for ?.
Any help would be greatfull.. Thank you in advanced
 
Strange, your load average seems normal but your disks and processor are put to the max. If there hasn't been any updates in your application software, i would say the system has got a hardware problem.
You might want to check the hard-disks to start with. A bad disk can really slow the system down.
