Slow @ start up.

I have a Win2k server with 5 pc's attached to it @ my fathers lab. The server takes so long to start up. I have SP4 and always keep it up to date. He has programs in the task bar but not too many. Is there any advice out there or more info that you need ? Anything with help.

Specs are:
Win2k
P4
2.40 GHz
1 Gig Ram

If you are running AD, my guess is there is something wrong with DNS.
