slow scrolling 1

i have slow scrolling in my windows and i dont think that it is caused by my hardware, geforce2, athlon 1200, 256mb ram.

i tried to upgrade to last drivers of agp, video card, and motherboard, but it is the same

Try changing your colors to 16 bit. Also you may want to lower your hardware acceleration. Click anywhere on your desktop. Got to properties. Go to settings. Change colors to 16 bit. If that does not help go to settings-advanced and move your hardware acceleration off of full.

i just have got a solution, i installed tweak ui and in the general tab i disabled smooth scrolling, thats all. it works with any resolution and any bit colors
