slow restore

Hello all

has anyone seen slow restore speed , or restore only reading from one device - even if the backup was in multiple sessions. Networker WAS able to read from more than one device in version 5.2 , but not in version 5.5x and up - why not ???

can anyone help with this

This is just a "feature" of Networker. You can get it to read from more then one device but you will need to start multipule restore jobs. Only problem I found was that if you have more devices then process, the restore process will max out your CPU to 100%.
Well, that's what I found anyway.
