The problem we are having is that CRXI is reading the records very slow and it was goin incredibly fast. It was a short time between the changes. There were two things that happened between the differences: 1.Someone opened the database while it was being edited, they didnt change anything, just opened it. 2.The person editing the database sorted it a different way. We have over 15,000 records in the database currently. After we discovered it going slowly, we went back in and sorted it back the way that it was before. Any ideas what would have caused it to slow down so much??

What is the underlying Database (MS-SQL, Oracle)...?

You might have a corrupted index or missing statistics on the DB.

How does it work if you remove Crystal from the process, and just run the report's SQL on the database using the native SQL tool...?
