Slow Printing from a Groupwise Window

Printer's are on a 2003 Domain Mixed Printer environment
Groupwise 6.5 service pack 3

When a user prints from a Message window in groupwise, the printer takes up to 1 minutes for printer window to open.

If a user Prints from the list of e-mails, it will open quickly with out any delay.

Any help would be great

you mean it's windows type printers? or ipp or ndps

It is windows Printing. All of the printers are being shared from a single windows 2003 server
