Hi All,
I have an Exchange 2000 server in my company's corporate office that serves that office and several branches. We have a folder structure set up in the public folders such that users drag and drop project related email to the appropriate folder for all to access. This works fine for the folks local to the server, however the same process in the branches is very slow. It's almost as if Outlook is copying the message to the branch and back into the public folder. Does this sound logical? Is there a way to tell Oublook / Exchange just to copy the message from one store to another locally on the server itself? Hopefully this hasn't been too confusing! Thanks!
