Slow in Vista or 2007?

I have an Access project created in Access 2003 (Windows XP)
that I am trying to run in 2007 with Vista and some forms run ok but others
are deathly slow.
I have tried to read through previous postings but want
to know is there a fix offered by microsoft right now? Or any other
suggestions.

I've seen reports of forms running slower than molasses under 2007, but I've never seen a fix. The first service pack for this version just came out this week, so if you're feeling lucky I suppose you could download and install it. Bear in mind, though, that MicroSoft's hasn't been having a lot of luck with "upgrades" lately! The SP3 upgrade for ACC2003 caused a myriad of problems that they've yet to resolve>

Thanks for the response. I have yet to see a definitive response also, just some tweeks but I don't know if they really apply to my specific problem.
