Slow flash

Hello, when i'm viewing flash on sites it always appears to be slow However I've ADSL 384MB RAM AMD Athlon 674Mhz and win XP professional on another computer in my network it works perfectly I reInstalled it a lot of times without success.

Do you run a lot of other applications, or services (do you have these in xp?) at the same time on your pc?

Well I run Apache, Norton and Msn but even without all the apps it's always slow (even after the instalation of XP)

Norton can get a bit heavy handed when you open Word docs and stuff I wonder if it is that? That would be a bit strange though.

Are these apps on the other pc you are testing on?

yes they are ,on my laptop it runs fine (it has windows XP home)
