Slow files opening with W98 Clients running DOS Applications

We are replacing our Novell Netware Server by a W2K Server.

We have a DOS based application running ok on Netware.

But when we have changed to W2K Server we have a slow down opening files thru this DOS based application. It takes about 3 minutes to open the 86 files that the application uses. And just to complicate, it doesn´t happen in all workstations, but just on some of them.

We´ve tried to change the CONFIG.NT file, but it didn´t work.

May anyone help us?
