We have a PC and when ever anybody logs on to it, there my documents folders which is redirected to a Windows 2008 SBS Server takes about 30 to bring up the confirmation for delete, then another 30 seconds to delete the file. If I hold the shift key press delete the file deleted instantly. Browsing the folder seems ok as well as opening file, just the delete function is slow

Any Help would be most grateful

Phil

Does this happen all the time? Does it just happen when everyone logs in? Is the server local or remote?

Give details man!
