slow backups using client push agent

I have 2 Compaq 380....with Compaq dlt8000 across cisco switches. I am using Arcserve 7 on the host and Client Push Agent for netware on the remote server. The backups from the remote server are extremely slow 1.5 mb/min. I have installed latest service packs. If anyone can tell me anything about it...it would be greatly appreciated

There is a patch on the CA web site that address this issue. I had crappy performance also.(20MB/Minute) Installed the patch and went to over 200MB per. Give this a try

Could you please supply a URL for that patch as I cannot seem to locate it.

What could be the problem, if a machine was being backed up fine one day and the next day it is going at 5MB per min. No changes were made to the NIC drivers at all!
