Slow backups on HP 5026 SDLT2 Library following Backoffice 5.2

I have a backup server which backs up a large data server across the MAN. The backup was running at approx 950mb/min - 2 jobs running concurrently.

However, since the server that is backed up was upgraded to BO5.2, the backup has dropped dramatically, to around 400mb/min.

The server can be backed up by the SDLT1 library on the same backup server at approx 650mb/min. This is perplexing me! Any one have any ideas?

Did u try updating your SCSI Drivers or upgrading your library firmware.

Either of the above would solve the problem.

Both backup and backed up server have had the full SCSI drivers update, and both libraries are running latest drive and library firmware.
