As far as I know that is a seperate install from the Windows XP OS. Slipstream just lets you incorperate the updates for Windows that came out after the Windows CD was created, it doesn't allow you to add new programs to install with the OS, unless I understand it wrong.
jmaddone is correct, Plus cannot be slipstreamed as the service packs can be. However you can create a XP installation cd that will automatically install plus once windows is installed. My favourite site for such things is
