My company's tek makes a popping noise like the gears are slipping. I have taken everything out made sure it was secure when it was placed back in. It will print ok when it "pops" once but after about 5 sheets it pops alot and this jams the paper. When the pop occurs the feeder assembly (on the left) moves allitle.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did they solve it.

Are you getting a 33 error? Usually says 33 transfer roller error or something like that. If this is the case you need to replace the clutch on the paper feed assy.
