SLIPD and SLIPR Errors

Could someone explain the difference between slipd and slipr errors? At one of my sites I keep getting a lot of SLIPD errors. The T1's come from the CO.

At another site I keep getting SLIPR errors as shown below. Eventually the errors exceed the threshold value and the T1 is disabled.

the d is deletion.. you missed a frame.. the r is the repetition count... you are reporting more frames then the far end sends... all that means is you have a clock error.. your either clocking from an unstable source or worse in freerun... coulc be hardware but i usually think soft slips

on a point to point i've had slip r on both end... and the trouble was a bad card at the remote end
