Hi Buddys
I am really confused of how the Clock controller works in meridian. I am facing a major problem since last 4 days.
I have a Meridian Option 11c connected to the Central office (ATT)
via 2 T1 DTI loops on teh meridian on TMDI cards(On CAS).
The meridian is again connected to another meridian through ISDN TIE (2MB PRI) across another country.
The meridian is taking primary and secondary reference from the PRI loops. It was working fine.
Now for last four days what is happening is I am getting errors on my DTI loops SLIPR values is constantly increasing when i do a lcnt and after a certain time the LOOP is disabled for say 10 secs and then again automatically enabled.
As far as my PRI LOOPS they are runnign perfect with out any errors.
I called up the service provider they say they can see verything fine till my CSU
And since i have 2 Lines both connected via 2 different cables and 2 different CSUs i cannot suspect them also.
What could be the problem. Can some one make me undersand the concept of the Timing with the Meridian ????
I would be so greatful if you poeple help me in this regard. I am working for a call centre and when the LOOP is disables all the calls are disconnected. This is effecting me a lot.
Thank u
