I have a 61C installed running on Succession 4.5 software. I have installed a Dual-PRI card, done all settings as per document. The PRI connections are coming from a Huawei CDMA switch. I am using IFC=EURO(User side) on the 61C. The provider is using DSS1(Network Side) interface type. i couldn't find the Nortel equivalent of that.

The line works fine for a few minutes, can make incoming and outgoing calls. After that I get DTA203 2 0 2, DTA203 2 0 1, DTA203 2 0 0 errors. These errors occur continuously after which the channels go into NNC state.
The provider has turned ON CRC4 from their side and asked me to do the same. Any comments?

Any idea where i can start with the troubleshooting.

Did you connect Clock Controller cables to Dual-PRI ?
Print out your LPTI and SYTI settings in LD73.

ld 60 ssck 0, where are you clocking? not sure about the euro int type, but slips can be a timeing issue as well as protocol mismatch.. ld 96 enl msgi x and msgo x on the d helps see a real time problem

The clock is set to TRACK ON PRIMARY(LOOP 2).

Just wanted to mention that the E-1 connections from the CDMA switch are coming over a Ericsson Microwave Link.

clock setting are clean, in 60 if you ssck 0, does the switch show clocking on 2. at times i have seen slips due to the clocks being tracked right, but not tracking on the pick. that was due to a tech that needed to dis msdl x all the enl msdl c fdl in 96 then trk pck in 60.. after the download of the msdl, force the switch from freerun to tracking on the primary.. don't know if the commands are a perfect match for that side of the pound, and haven't found a euro copy of the merls to verify..

Yes, the clock settings are correct, CRC enabled.
DTA203 2 0 x means "remote alarm indication signal is received". Thise DTA could be caused by some kind of a microwave interference.
You can try to adjust G2 thresholds in LPTI to make the system be not so sensitive to short bursts of damaged bits.
