I have an SL2100 setup using VRS, so an auto attendant answers and gives options for each department.

If a department on has one phone, and they put their handset into DND I want their voicemail to answer the call, this does not happen, the system just rings the next extension up, how can I get the voicemail to answer this call, and the system to not keep hunting the call around the other handsets?

Thanks

I am trying to follow, so a call comes into a department and that department has one phone in it? If it is in DND it hunts to another extension not in that department group?

Just trying to clear it up, if there is more then one phone in the department group and you put one in DND it should hunt to the next phone.

Thanks, I've sorted, just forward the handset to VM, rather than DND.
