SL2100/ST500/Ring Group

Have a SL2100 with users using the ST500 app. Trying to have ST500 extensions ring in a group with digital extensions. Setup a VE and programmed it on a blind key on a digital extension and it worked as expected. However, the system allowed me to program the VE on a ST500 extensions function key but when the VE was called only the digital phone rang. Is there a way to do this? If so, how? Or is it a limitation of the SL2100 and/or the ST500 app?

You need to use a ring group. You might need to create a virtual loopback.
