SL2100 - Ring tone changes after

Hi.

A very simple system. One analogue trunk set to VRS. VRS message answers call and caller can press 1 after an introductory message if they wish to speak with someone. Pressing 1 targets a virtual loopback extension number, which rings a DDI pointing to a trunk group.

The phones in the trunk group ring, and there is also a 22-14 queue message which fires. When this queue message fires for the first time, the system phones ring tone changes. Is there a way to stop this?

I’ve done this on an SL2100, but making the change on an SL1100, the ring cycle is correct, but the tone is difference. It rings the normal incoming ring tone until the queue message, then the ringing of the phones changed. Same ring cycle timing, but different tone?

The incoming trunk ringing is set to Cycle 8, but rings the "middle" melody.
The incoming VRS transferred is set to Cycle 8, but rings "melody 5".

Any tips?
