@CoralTech

Which website and what access permissions do you need?

I know Zidan has been after this for ages and I have tried to help him elsewhere, I am just thankful that someone has fnally assisted. I am tempted to download the linked item in order to help others but it I specialise in catering to Australian users!

I would think the NTAC site that deals with their region. The 2100 is an over the counter system.

@CoralTech Easier said than done. In OZ I offer help, here people like Belvedere help but there seems to be no one helping in the EU area and it is all well and good saying go to the NTAC website but many of us at times get cut off due to, for example changes of employmnt but do you think a trained tech who has changed employer should be stopped from working on a system he intimately knows just because he isn't now working for an approved dealer? My knowledge, my career, my customer, my income! NEC sold the system and make nothing from software upgrades so why alienate the knowledgeabe techs? Well we can always take them to the likes of 3CX and cut NEC out of the picture completely. Which would NEC prefer? It's time NEC decided on a future stategy that includes those who would like to be on their side!

@OzzieGeorge. No one is stopping you from getting the software for the SL2100 (at least on NTAC). You don't need to be part of a company just have an account which they give for free. It's an over the counter system. Am I missing something here? The other systems you have to be certified on are different but the 2100?

Here in Oz you have to be a dealer to get access to any of the software and I suspect the same is true in Europe. You also have to maintain a level of sales to keep it too!

Really? For the 2100? That's pretty shocking. It's a sore subject here in the states because of what they require for the other systems.

Thanks Sinjisn for the help,
And I want to thank OzzieGeorge for always trying to help me..

We're really having a hard time communicating with support, so we're asking for help here!!
