Sl2100 Caller ID through Auto Attendant

Hello

I have a newly installed SL2100 for a doctors surgery
I have a DAT table setup in inmail which is routing calls to virtual loops then to IRGs.
The customer would like to see the callers number when someone gets through however they are only getting the VLOOP DDI name.
Is there a way for this to be displayed once the call is answered?

Well, one way is to correct your programming from using virtual loopbacks. Possibly look in your trunk settings to the VL to see if it's passing caller ID through.
