SL2100 Blueface

Hi ALL

Anyone any experience in installing Blueface sip trunks onto the SL2100...I have tried everything but no joy
Have the same problem with Eir sip trunks

No issues with both providers on the Panasonic systems

Have about 5 sl2100 all needing sip trunks install to replace ISDN

Any help would be very much appreciated. Have Nimans working on it as well

Do those carriers have white papers being NEC complaint?

Blueface is complaint they are still listed on the NEC customer portal.

Unfortunately its going back to 2017 and I have rang Blueface but they are not much help

The fact that you reference Nimans suggests to me that you are in the UK. If they ae supported by NEC I would be contacting TAC or whoever provides support in your country!

Many thanks for all your help eventually got it working.

One thing I notice Blueface do not require port forwarding for the sip trunks to work
