SL1100 InMail suddenly stops sending email

InMail no longer sends an email notification of a new voicemail. Verified the email notification/email address settings for each station is correct. SMTP (47-18) settings are the same as they were, running through gmail SMTP. I tried using another SMTP and still did not work.

Any thoughts?

IP address of the host server changed? Who is the host? If it is gmail, log in to the account, go to security and turn off less secure apps.

Sorry, I knew I would leave something out. Allow less secure apps was the first thing I checked.

Possibly the port or IP address settings were changed at the host end?
Have you rebooted the system yet?

I feel stupid. Rebooted, and then it suddenly came flooding through. In my defense, our phone technicians have not been able to figure this out. Maybe I should bill them?
