I have programmed an extension to Call Forward Immediate (15-07-06:10) to an external number. Calls forward no problem, however when the call ends, both trunk lines (the incoming line and the forwarded outgoing line) remain in use. I then have to manually disconnect (power cycle the ATA) to get the lines to free up. What am I missing? Thanks!
