Hi Ive installed 2 Sl1000 on 2 remote location via sip. When system A call system B the call goes through without any problem but when System B call System A , the call goes through but you cant hear anything on both side. What could be the problem in here? By the way Both system are connected via VPN.

Do these systems have SL-NET licenses or are you using point to point SIP trunks to connect them?

Make sure SIP ALG is off in your VPN routers. Add the other system's network to 10-58 on each SL. (Use the Network IP address-- so if the system's IP address were 192.168.1.250 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 you would put 192.168.1.0 into 10-58)

That might not fix it but it should eliminate a number of potential causes.
