Hello,

I would like to forward an incoming trunk call to external number to allow that
the co-worker be able to receive the phone call after hours.

any ideas on which PGR to use?

Thanks a lot

External forwarding :
PRG
14-01-13 => Trk..? (Trunk to trunk transfer)
Set 1 (On)
21-03-01 => Trk..?
Data 1 all mode (Trunk Group Routing)
20-11-12 => Off premise
Set 1 (On)
22-07-01 => Trk..?
Set Ext number (when this Ext ringing few times, unanswered, then call will
forward to External num)
13-04-01 => Set dest num (Abb)
13-05-01 => Abb..?
Trunk group num
22-02-01 => Set 4 (DIL) / 1 (VRS)
25-07-07 => Timer ring (how many ring to forward)

use Service code :
spk 848 + 1 => Activate External forward
spk 813 + Abb num => forward destination
spk 848 + 0 => Deactivate External forward

Tanks Onne.

I will apply this configurations on my nec sl 1100 and gonna give a feedback.

Hi..

Is there any way to incorporate the VRS message "...your call is being rerouted" on this configuration? Somehow, we only hear this message from an extension call but not from the incoming trunk calls...

Thanks

Hi Iam from India,recently we bought a NEC PBX model.SL1000 (IP4WW-1632M-A KSU) . we presently have analogue lines coming in.I notice that iam not able to make conference call, earlier pre-Pbx days i use Flash key on my phone to create conference (3 external nos.) calls.However with the Nec Pbx when i press flash key iam not getting dial tone ,i have use a second line for creating external conference calls .Local support here is not present. I was told that multiple external calls is not possible using single line through the PBX , though my telecom provider has enabled that facility and i had used it prior to the PBX.Can somebody help and guide.

Thanks.
