Is there anyone knows how to program call route in SL1000?

I just want to know how to setup call route from outside call to dedicated extention numbers. And also call route group assignment.

Use DIL 22-02 + 22-07 to direct a specific CO to a specific extension.

Can I have an example. I have a 4 extension number here that will receive outside calls. I would like to program that once the first extension number is busy it will be routed to the next assigned extensions.

You need to use virtual extensions to accomplish this. Create a virtual, place it on the buttons of the phones, program some for delayed ringing. Place the virtual in the incoming ring group. It will ring immediately on some phones, flash on all phones and delay ring on others. You really need someone familiar with the system to set this up. If you insist on doing this yourself, then see the following commands:
22-02 = set trunks to normal
22-05 = set trunks to group 1
22-04 = place the virtual extension in ring group 1, remove all others
11-04 = create a virtual extension using an unused number that is valid in your numbering plan
15-07 = place the virtual extension on a button of the main answering position
15-09 = assign the button to ring
15-07 = place the virtual on the buttons of any other phones that need to answer calls
15-09 = assign those buttons to ring
15-11 = assign those buttons to delay ring for the coverage phones
20-04-03 set the coverage delay time
If the auto attn answers first, then use the dial action to "unscreened" transfer to the virtual extension
