SL 1000 Message indicator and Programmable function key keeps flashing

Hi all,

I have an issue with a NEC SL1000, it seems the message indicator and Programmable function key of one phone (ext 200) keeps flashing,
I have done the clear msg code 873 so it can clear all msg on every extension, but for some reason it still keeps flashing on that phone.
Also the programmable key on the phone that keeps flashing, is also the ext 200 of the phone indicator, when I lift up the phone it stay constant on, and when I hang up it continues flashing along side the Msg indicator.

Anybody have an idea why?
I need it to stop.

check if call forwarding is activated on ext200

I don't think this is call forward, as you can call the ext 200 directly and it rings.
The phone isn't showing call forward on it at all
