Sl-1000 Afterhours message drops at times

Hi all,

I have an SL-1000 that is programmed as follow
You dial 716 to record, erase and listen

The client dials the number 716 and record the message and activates it using 718, so the recording play after hours telling the callers which doctor has the graveyard shift.
The SL1000 has an IP and PZ-VM21
Problem is that when a caller calls the number and when hearing the recording, the system stops play the message and you have to re record the message again.

I have done some changes in VRS 25-07-01: 5 , 25-07-03:5 , 25-07-14:5 and also for DTMF 80-03-01: -15dBM 40 DBm, 80-04-01: -15dBm 40dBm
Also I have upgraded the NEC to Version 6.
This seems to have helped since it was done in January of this year.
But now due to a 4 day long weekend, it seems the system failed on Sunday the 16th of April

Does anybody have an idea how I can get this system to work with having message stop at midway or at the beginning?
I have uploaded the file which is saved in version 6, so please have a look

Take note I don't need it to play automatically, the client needs to activate and deactivate whenever the feel like it.
