I have an Line alarm, but when I go into LNSTRBL, if gives me no information other than I have a critical alarm in LCM 3-0. I have gone back through logutil but can't find any info. Where would I find the issue here?

Thank you for any help you can provide...

Post LCM 3-0 (PM;POST LCM 3 0)
Check Last Fault (14 FLT)

WHen I do the querypm flt, it just shows LCM unit 0 insv and LCM unit 1 insv. no fault shows up.

Go to Line Level (LNS;LTP)
Check Line Alarm Type (Choose AlmStat)

Check which "Office Current" has met/exceed "Office Critical"
When the MORE prompt appears press RETURN

Are there any other Alarm present LEFT of LNS banner?

none are exceeded. I fixed all of my issues in almstat the other day while trying to figure this out. I am not sure what this alarm is.

Is dial-tone available on LCM?
Have each unit been reloaded?

yeah. dial tone is available and each unit has been reloaded.

I appreciate your help..

Forgot:

Do not perform a mate load.
Get load from CM using LOAD UNIT 0 CC for each unit.
LOAD UNIT 1 CC
Which will insure that you are not reloading bad data
from one unit to another.

both loaded from CC this morning. Still have the alarm....
