are you talking about the plugin ?

if so then here goes

if the user already has the full client installed , uninstall it.
make sure the skype client is installed and updated
use this url for the plugin ( where 10.103.16.7 is the micollab server Ip (or use the fqdn)

Install it using the FQDN ( same as you would a micollab client)

start up lync , this should bring up the plugin

In the lync config under phones - set the work phone to be the users ext

the lync client should have a menu option to make a voice call ( only works if the work phone has been set)
- or you can use the dialling box ( same as for micollab)

you should get a call handling pop ( same as for micollab) but only for mitel calls ( not skype calls)

Its ok as phone control but there are no dynamic status , I think you can do DND and Fwds

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Very nice summary

Even a path to the msi!

Exactly what I was hoping for. Stars pending upon completion

haven't done it for a while , was called lync the last time ,but I think the basic ideas are all still relevant

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

You also need to apply the "Desktop SDK" licence against the MiCollab user. Should be a free part number

Ah yes good spotting , I forgot about that
should be
54005953 Skype for Business Plug-in 1 User
54005954 Skype for Business Plug-in 100 Users

I believe I have 50 skype licenses and 50 UCC licenses

This gives me 100 desktop licenses on the micollab server

The MSI is in the same location as the standard MSI for UCA

More specifically

sftp://[server ip or fqdn]/usr/ucs/dl
