I have a skillset that is not sowing up as an option for historical reporting? Any idea why? I can create new skillsets and they will show up but this one was setup in original confirguration used to be available for reporting ever since we installed a one of the peps (su10/11)the skillset disappeared.

Just to verify - I suspect you are speaking of a version of a Skillset Performance Report.
Got to RTD's and Reports
Right Click on the Skillset Performance Report and click Duplicate..
Give the report a name,
Go to the selection Tab,
Press Update to populate the skillset,
Highlight your skillset and click add.
