Is it possible to create a Skill Group similar to Agent Groups? If so, could someone point me in the right direction - Thanks!

do yo mean skill group like agent group to use on your cms reports?

Yes.....what cgzz said. I have several custom reports and would like to create "Skill Groups" if possible....

The 'Split/Skill Summary Report' will show you all of the agents logged into the specified skill. It looks like an agent group report.
