So what does it mean ? Can't perform any operation on my JB !

test whether the jukebox is on-line;
you can use tur command (it is legato command)
tur -a <scsi dev>; e.g, tur -a 1.0.0
you can get all of the scsi devices with 'inquire' command, regardless of the system
