I'm a newbie to powerpoint. I created next and previous buttons on each slide, but they are different sizes and at different locations. Is there a way I can make all the buttons the same size? Also, is there a way I can make all Previous buttons at the same location on each slide?

Thanks very much.

Sue,

Starting from scratch...

1) insert each action button

2) select BOTH

3) Format/Autoshape

4) on the Size tab, uncheck the Lock Aspect Ratio and the set the Width * Height to whatever you want. [OK]

5) use the Guide & Snap to grid to position vertically & horizontally

6) select BOTH again

7) Edit/Copy

8) Paste on each slide.

Thanks, Skip, that worked perfectly.
